Linux users are facing difficulties accessing Videotron's services, such as Helix, for watching TV or recorded content. Videotron has admitted that there is no official support for Linux, which limits its use for a significant portion of users. Additionally, other providers like Bell Canada and Fizz also appear not to support Linux, although this is rarely mentioned in their compatibility documentation.
