Helix TV et WebOS (LG)

Je suis nouvellement client chez Vidéotron (un retour depuis plus de 15 ans). Deux choses me déçoivent actuellement :
- J'ai une télévision LG qui roule sous WebOS. L'application Helix TV (disponible dans l'AppStore) est terriblement lente et bug continuellement. Au point d'impacter tout WebOS. L'app n'est aucunement performante : elle prend du temps à charger, la demande pour accéder au mini-guide est lent et je trouve que le UX n'est vrm pas à la hauteur. J'arrive de chez eBox et avant j'étais sur Bell. Helix ne semble vraiment pas à la hauteur à ce niveau.
- Je me suis donc retourné vers mon Google TV.. et surprise : AUCUNE app Helix TV sur la plateforme. La seule solution c'est Chromecast ou Airplay.
Pour moi, ça me dépasse. Comment se fait-il qu'une entreprise comme Vidéotron ne soit pas en mesure de créer et livrer des applications/solutions en fonction des besoins des clients.
Ensuite, on se demande pourquoi les entreprises américaines leadent et ramassent la plus grande part du marché.

Ça fait maintenant quatre ans que j'attends que Vidétron développe l'appli "Hélix TV" sur GoogleTV. Très très décevant.
