Hi there,
We have two Illico 8642HD recorders - one in the basement and one in the living room. We used to be able to see the recordings on the living room recorder through the basement one. This morning I cannot see the recordings on the other recorder. Is that a change made by Videotron or did I lose a config. If so how to get it back?

Hello,
I would first check whether both recorders are still connected to the same home network and whether the multi-room recording feature is enabled. Sometimes a reboot or a software update can affect communication between the devices. Try restarting both recorders and check their network settings. If the problem persists, it would be worth contacting Videotron support to confirm whether they have made any changes to the service or feature availability. Hopefully, it is just a configuration issue and can be restored without losing your recordings.
