Long-time customers get shafted

I've been a Videotron customer for over 40 years. Right now I have Internet 400 and TV 15 choices for $122.00/mo. They have a deal for new customers for 1 Gig Internet and TV 15 choices for $124.00/mo. I asked about upgrading. The $124 is strictly for new customers and we can't do anything for you. Thanks for nothing.

    I totally get your frustration—it’s really frustrating when loyalty isn’t rewarded. Sometimes it helps to double-check property details elsewhere; I recently found the Property tax estimator on  really useful for comparing costs and planning ahead. It makes it easier to see values and exemptions clearly, especially if you’re trying to keep track of everything without surprises.
