I have a credit on my final bill. When will I receive the reimbursement ?

A cheque is sent to your home address roughly 4 weeks after the review date of your account (the review date is the&nbsp;day when your invoice&nbsp;is readied for printing) . Before receiving the cheque, you will be receiving an informative invoice with the exact amount owed to you.&nbsp;Obviously, if you have switched your home address since the&nbsp;cancellation of your account, you should call customer service to modify it (otherwise you will not receive the cheque).
