Huawei sont pas mal les seuls responsables.
Mais votre appareil comme le mien n'est plus sous garantie, Huawei lance la balle a Google.
Appart vous trouver une pile OEM certifiée du constructeur, et la faire remplacer,
il n'y a pas grand chose a faire malheureusement.
Si bien sur le probleme du bootloop ne se présente pas.
Cela reste tres désagréable... un téléphone qui ne fait meme pas ses 2 années minimum.
On est loin des vieux Nokia (brique) de l'époque.

J'ai été le locataire d'un Nexus 6P par mon contrat et j'ai été frappé par le Boot Loop Of Death (BLOD), après 15 mois d'utilisation. J'en ai fait part à Vidéotron et ils m'ont dit que ce n'était pas de leur ressort, puisque la garantie est échue.
Je suis en train de faire une demande de retour (RMA) à Huawei Canada, mais je m'attend à la réponse que la garantie est échue.
Puisque les défauts de batteries et les BLOD sont bien connus et que ni Vidéotron et Huawei ne veulent faire quoi que ce soit, je vous conseille de présenter une plainte au CRTC, question de changer ces pratiques douteuses :

j'ai tenté par 2 reprises aujourd'hui d'obtenir un peu d'aide du service de Vidéotron, tout ce qu'on me propose c'est d'annuler la pénalité de résiliation de contrat seulement si je rachète un téléphone ET resigne un nouveau contrat de 2 ans. Aucun rabais sur le prochain téléphone...
Je suis vraiment très déçu de la façon dont Vidéotron gère ce problème. J'ai refusé votre offre qui me semble ridicule... et ai fait comme l'un des abonnés a suggéré plus-haut, soit une plainte à la CPRST.
À défaut d'en arriver à une solution, je vais conserver mon téléphone défectueux, quitte à l'avoir toujours branché sur un chargeur, jusqu'à la fin du contrat, puis changer de fournisseur pour de bon.

Belle durée de vie pour un appareil a 700$ dit premium.
+24 mois a ~75$
+ un deuxieme appareil (mobile)
+ internet (30/10 illimité)
+ cablo-distribution et terminal
+ téléphone maison
Depuis.. plus de 7 ans.
