on Android check Settings, Connections, Mobile Networks, Network Mode and set it to 5G/LTE/3G/2G auto rather than a fixed preference. on iPhone go to Settings, Cellular, Cellular Data Options and set Voice and Data to 5G Auto which balances performance and battery better than forcing 5G On permanently.
if the drops happen consistently in specific locations rather than randomly that points to a coverage gap rather than a device setting issue. what device are you using and is it happening in one specific area or across different locations?
