Upgrading to Helix during COVID-19 isolation - can I install the router myself

Can I install the Helix router myself if I upgrade? With the need for isolation durint the COVID-19 crisis, we had to set up an ad-hoc home office at our bedroom, which is far from the wifi router...

    Hi Tiagomota, 

     

    Unfortunately, it is required for a technician to come to install Helix services. We stopped all Helix upgrades for now due to COVID-19 and we can't send the equipment for you to install, really sorry.
