Temporary stop to HELIX subscription
I'll be away for some weeks. How can I stop my membership for that period?

You can always suspend your Helix services for a period of time ranging from 1 to 6 months. The fees are $49.95, there are no reconnection fees when reactivating services. You can do this suspension only once per calendar year (January to December).
