Port Fowarding via Helix FI App
So I followed this... https://www.videotron.com/en/support/applications/mobile/helix-fi/port-forwarding but I have "No Associated Device" listed in port forwarding and "delete this port forward...

Exactly same issue here
Cant remove the forwarded port. Keep getting: "We're Having Some Trouble".
Resetting the Wifi didn't help
Would a factory reset help? Isn't there another way (will be a lot of work to reconfigure everything)
Technical support doesn't seem to be able to help. They say this is an advanced feature. Wonder why we pay for it then.
