I would really like to know when service will be back! We work from home and already missed 3 days, and still no internet. Our regular data on our cell is not strong enough to support using hotspot and doesn’t even work part of the time. Will it be back by tomorrow? We are literally loosing money.
Same. Going on day 6 now with no Internet at all and the 4th day of not being able to work. I get these things happen but to have to problem persist for this long is ridiculous. We have three services with Videotron but I've already told my wife we are dropping them as our Internet provider as soon as we can get someone on the phone. Every single person I know who is with Bell has had no issues.
