Pour votre information, ce matin j'ai réussi à avoir la ligne et après 1h d'attente en ligne j'ai pu finalement parler à quelqu'un et prendre un rendez-vous pour le ramassage de mes équipement.
La patience est de mise malheureusement.

pour ma part, j'ai retourné mes appareils en juin dernier avec Planète Courrier via UPS, le tout s'est bien déroulé mais depuis 2 mois je reçois toujours des étiquettes d'envoi et je n'ai toujours pas reçu une lettre m'indiquant qu'ils ont bien reçu mes appareils...et je n'ai rien comme preuve que je leur ai bien envoyé!!
