NAS introuvable avec Helix

Bonjour,   Je viens de m'abonner recement avec vous, mon NAS fonctionner correctement avant avec l'ancien fournisseur, je plug mon NAS sur le Modem/Router Helix est il est introuvable rien a faire ...

    I just want to say that Sounds like a DNS issue. You could try restarting the DNS service on the NAS and then flush the DNS cache on the computer. My Insite
