Ethernet connection to TV
hello, I received my HelixHub about a month ago, since I'm not able to connect my Sony smart TV via an Ethernet cable. somehow, the TV do not see the internet connection, however, before Helix I had a modem Videotron connected to a router and my TV was connected to the router and no problem whatsoever. anyone having the same issue?
