Customer Service
Emailed the VP of customer service of Videotron. No reply. Then re-mailed and advised that I was going to the media. Had someone call me back. The only thing they could say about their customer service is that they will take my comments into consideration. They truly do not know how to resolve an issue. Spoiler: This issue all started because I wanted to increase my services with them! No request for credits, no discounts. Just wanted to increase my services. Hope the media will pick up my story!!
