Is Helix TV available when in Bridge Mode?
Apologies if this has been asked before, but i cant find anything in the search bar. If i move to Helix, but want to keep and use my personal router, can i still watch and use Helix TV? It sounds like if i want to use my own router, i need to switch the Helix Router to 'Bridge Mode' correct? But if i do, will that disable my ability to watch helix TV? thanks in advance
Helix TV Terminal reconnection to WiFi
I need to reset my Internet Router (Helix) and set it to Bridge Mode so I can use my own router. Does anyone know how the TV Terminals will connect to the router after it's set to Bridge Mode? The technician set it up last time so, I'm not sure how things were setup initially.
