Helix tv reception

Hi, has anyone else been experiencing reception problems on helix tv. I live in Montreal and it started about 3 weeks ago. I have a 4k tv and the picture goes from perfect to awful non stop. Freezing, pixelating, blurry, snowy, etc.. i spoke with a technician, and we did all the resets but it didn’t fix it. Netflix is perfect so I know it’s not the tv. I checked all connections and they’re good.

How far is your helix terminal from the router? Are you connected on wifi or wired? Have you tried a different hdmi cable? Different hdmi port? Is you hdmi cable going directly in the tv or goes trough a sound system?
