my videotron email:I get a blank page when it auto loads with an "icon in the upper left corner" and a "address book icon" and "options icon" in in the lower left and they are not click able. I also want my email set as main email account

You should try clearing the cache of your internet browser before loading the webmail.

As for making your mail the main one, I'm not quite sure I understand the question properly.
