Accidentally Double Payment
Hello, i don't know how this happenned but i accidentally paid twice my bill. Does this mean that i won't need to pay for the next month?
yes. anything over what you actually own them will be put on your next invoice.
if you actually just did the payment and videotron has not received or processed it yet, you can call your bank and ask them to block the second payment you just did.
