Im international student from the us interested in getting a plan with videotron, the canada us plan works perfectly for my needs, however i will be studing in British Columbia. im just trying to figure out if i can get this plan even though i will not be where there are any stores. basically could i open a plan online (and order a phone online?) please help, please and thank you

Unfortunately that would not be possible, while we offer Canada-wide plans, it is needed that you live in an area where Videotron is present (Province of Quebec or the Ottawa region). We do however take note of your interest for our services.
