Did you try it and did it work? I would like to know before bying google nest to add it to wifi.

I guess you are using the Zyxel Videotron router. this has been discussed on some other thread on the French side of the community... and no one offered a real solution besides doing a factory reset of the router (which probably won't change anything for you).
you should contact tech support to let them know you have this problem... they might have a solution now.
