Je suis également touché par ce problème, ayant obtenu le 6p en Mai 2016. Je ne sais pas trop quoi faire, il reste 6 mois à mon contrat et les options de rechange sont beaucoup trop chères pour moi en ce moment, en plus des frais de résilliation de contrat. Ma batterie ne dure même plus une journée complète et ne fait qu'aller en s'empirant.
Il est franchement désolant de voir que Google accepte de remplacer les téléphones achetés directement chez eux, mais que Videotron n'offre aucune solution au problème, surtout qu'il n'est pas causé par l'utilisateur. Ils devraient entrer en partenariat avec Google pour régler le problème de la même façon, leur manque de solution ne fait que me pousser à changer de fournisseur dès l'expiration de mon contrat.

On m'a offert 300$ de crédit à la signature d'un nouveau contrat de 2 ans, en plus du règlement de ma balance restante sur mon téléphone. J'ai commandé un Samsung Galaxy S8+
Je suis content avec ce règlement.
Un petit détail : on m'a mentionné que j'aurais dû parler au Service à la Satisfaction de Vidéotron (demander au téléphone en parlant au service à la clientèle) et présenter une plainte par leur service de plainte avant de faire appel au CPRST.
