How can I switch to Videotron without interruption from current provider
My current internet provider is a reseller using the Videotron infrastructure. Service has been deteriorating in the last couple of months so I'd like to switch to Videotron, but I work from home and can't afford to have any interruption of service. I'm currently using another company for my internet service. They are a reseller of the Videotron cable internet service. I would like to know if I need to cancel my service with the other company before signing up with Videotron or will Videotron automatically cancel the other service?
