They came and changed the connectors from inside and outside my house. It didn't work. They came and changed cable to goes from the pole to my house. It didn't work. At this point, I'm pretty sure something is wrong with the modem. They refused to replace my modem, despite it still being waranty. I cannot work from my home under these conditions.
