I have a 4k tv and the picture goes from perfect to awful non stop. Freezing, pixelating, blurry, snowy, etc.. i spoke with a technician, and we did all the resets but it didn’t fix it. Netflix is perfect so I know it’s not the tv. I checked all connections and they’re good. Thanks for any info
