HD Channel Upgrade
Several channels like Silver Screen Classics and Documentary Channel available in HD with other providers. Any plans to upgrade? I know there are bandwidth issues but can't you remove SD channels and have the receivers downscale? I mean.. not like anyone left who watches without an HD tv anymore.
