C'est le but de mes recommandations ; s'il se branche directement sur le port Ethernet et que le problème a disparu, c'est un problème WiFi (local). Si le problème persiste, il peut s'agir d'un problème de cellule (quartier). Si tel est le cas, il peut appeler le support technique pour enquête. S'il s'agit d'un problème de WiFi, il existe des moyens de le résoudre lui-même et d'autres personnes avec l'aide du support technique.

This is the goal of my recommandations; if he's plug directly in ethernet port and the problem is gone, that's a WiFi (local) problem. If the problem is still there, thsi can be a cell problem (neighborhood).  If it's so, he can call technical support for investigation. If it's a WiFi problem, there's ways that can be itself and other with technical support help.
