GTA Online PS4 Issue

Ever since we got a new router last year I am not able to connect online to a game on PS4. I can't connect to GTA online, but I can connect to other games on my PS4. I am not sure what to do to fix this issue. Ever since we got a new router last year I am not able to connect online to a game on PS4. I can't connect to GTA online, but I can connect to other games on my PS4. I am not sure what to do to fix this issue. I can access this game online using my LTE wifi on my phone but not with my wifi at home (router).
