Voice command is definitely the star of all the Helix TV system’s new features. In fact, it’s hard to miss, since you’ll find the feature’s button right in the centre of your remote. Simply press this button, ask for something and Helix will show you content that meets your needs. In my experience, voice recognition has proven to be very effective. The system almost always understands what I want. You can make a wide range of requests, like finding a channel, fast-forwarding or going back during a program or bringing up Carey Price’s latest stats. Don’t worry, you need to enable voice command manually, meaning your remote isn’t always listening to you. You must hold down the button while giving a command; only then does the remote listen to your voice.
Here are a few commands you can try out.
