Anyone can help me understand why the helix modem+router is required with the TV app when the TV app runs on another hardware and uses could-based storage for recording. I currently have the illico modem and router with 400mbps connection. Thank you
In order to use our Helix TV application, you need to have an Helix account which also require an Helix Fi gateway. You can contact us in private and we will be able to verify what would the price if you go with our Helix services.
