Transfer of ownership - Helix

Is it possible to transfer ownership of my Helix equipment? Does the new owner have access to "new customer"

promotions ? Do my recordings on my Helix PVR Cloud remain available to the new owner?

It is possible to transfer the responsability of the account. This procedure can be done by phone, giving access to your exact account ( and recordings ) to the new owner.
