Is it just me or is the access to crave through Videotron extremely limited? I recently switched from bell, and I’m starting to think I made the wrong choice. I have the same channels I had with bell, but with Videotron I have very little channels available on demand and the channels I do have are extremely limited to what’s available to watch. Has anyone filed any complaints about this outrageous $6/mth (17% in my case) increase ? jesus, where do they get the nerve after an already 14% increase on useless mandatory basic service less than 2 years ago. Unbelievable this company we are basically forced to buy from given the limited competition for old school customers that don't need or want internet. this type of treatment should be protested and outright rejected. they are probably losing clients to these black market boxes that people use more and more to stream and the loyal long time clients are paying the price. what kind of way is that to treat clients. and you always get the same reason for the increase, ''we are striving to provide the best service possible'', give me a break ! it's like saying Mexico will pay for the wall ! In the manual for the Samsung 4K PVR it shows how to change the resolution of the terminal. It also says "For Ultra HD, your TV's auto resolution function will automatically select UHD/4K resolution for you". I've been noticing a lot of "hiccups" in my signal lately....that is, while watching a show, the video signal will quickly stop and then jump ahead a split second and continue.....I wonder if this has something to do with the PVR hard drive and buffering? I called customer service this morning to change my TV package. Now, on my TV I can see that the channels have been changed. But when I go to the customer center on Videotron's website and check my current TV service, it still shows my old package. When I click on "Change your channels" it says: "ERROR A request has already been recorded in your account. To make any additional changes, please contact Customer Service". Is this just temporary because the website hasn't been updated, or has there been some kind of problem changing to a different package?Solved6.2KViews0likes2Comments
