A cheque is sent to your home address roughly 4 weeks after the review date of your account (the review date is the day when your invoice is readied for printing) . Before receiving the cheque, you will be receiving an informative invoice with the exact amount owed to you. Obviously, if you have switched your home address since the cancellation of your account, you should call customer service to modify it (otherwise you will not receive the cheque). Cheers !
