the plans online have been the same for quiet some time, i no longer see the amazing plans like i used to, for example for 61$ i hve the 16 GB and my other line the 55$ for 9 GB

my parents and brother wants to change but plans have no changed

I don' t know which plan you are talking about... what you have doesn't match current or old plans. are you sure you are with videotron?

that said, new plans have been made available not very long ago. 

good data... and 100GB bonus you can use throughout the year (up to 20GB in one single month). 

and this is at full speed... way better than the "unlimited" plans with reduced speed after your monthly allocation has been fully used up.
