Concurrent VPN Connections

Does the Videotron Helix have a limit on the number of VPN connections it can support? I don't seem to be able to connect to the office when my partner is connected to their office.

Similar problem when a co-worker works from mine, only one of us is able to connects. 

Does the Helix only support a single connection at a time?

Hi cesarcastillo, you should be able to connect through a VPN and another person should be able to use it's own VPN too with your Helix connection. If that doesn't work, please reach our technical support for more verifications: http://bit.ly/FB_Contact_Us
