We know that January is the time when we are filled with guilt or good intentions and we hit the gym again (for a while at least).

I will say, my smartwatch to monitor my heart rate, a phone armband for my phone (still sad I missed that note8 contest) for music while exercising and a pair of bluetooth earbuds or headphones.
Oh and plenty of fluids.
