Helix Wi-Fi continuously goes down when using Whatsapp or upon receiving a Whatsapp message.
Is there a solution?

Have you tried to unplug the power cable from the back of your Helix box; leave it unplugged for about 5 minutes then plug it back in.
This often solves a host of issues.
