Will I be charged for roaming if my network says PRTNR2? I am still in Quebec but a few hours from Montreal. Thanks.

as long as you don't go over 50% of your monthly alotment for data for 3 consecutive billing cycle.
Otherwise, no charges for roaming as long as its in Canada
