1- Contacter le soutien technique pour remettre le mot de passe et le nom d'utilisateur par défaut
Juste précisé que le soutient technique ne peu pas changer le nom d'utilisateur du routeur tout seul.
Peu soit remettre a sa valeure original le mot de passe ou remettre le routeur a neuf complètement.
Dans tout les cas, l'OP pourrais tout simplement faire la remise a neuf lui-même en utilisant la 2eme option.

Le post a la base est un peu vieu mais sinon les routeur de videotron par défault n'ont pas de MDP administrateur.
